What this site collects

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, work email, segment and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration if you ask for one.

With your consent, we collect analytics data about how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from the IP address, and device and browser type. Analytics are not set until you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Lawful basis

We process contact form details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Fieldforce, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent.

Retention

We keep contact form details for as long as the enquiry is open and for 24 months after our last correspondence with you, and analytics data for 24 months. We then delete or anonymise it.

Processors

We use Google Analytics for site analytics, with your consent, and Amazon Web Services as the hosting provider for this site. Each processes data on our instructions under a written agreement. Where data is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
