Lease builder, abstraction, escalations, renewals and payment tracking. Permits with expiry. GIS map with import of existing site data.
03 · Assets and inventory
Every asset by serial number, from warehouse to truck to site.
Barcode capture, repair and return, bills of material and material requests. Reconciliation to the fixed asset register in Oracle or SAP. Athena Vision reads installed assets and serials from field photographs.
04 · Field operations and maintenance
Work orders that start from the asset record.
Configurable workflows and queues; preventive and corrective maintenance scheduled from the asset. Site access, safety checklists, dispatch by skill and location, timesheets and fleet. Mobile app with offline mode, photo, video and audio capture with time and position.
05 · Tenant billing
Bill what is actually on the tower.
Data points, charge codes and charging profiles. Technical and financial reconciliation before any invoice. Invoices generated and posted to SAP; change control and audit on every input.
