Software that shows screens is being replaced. Software that holds the record is not.
Deployment and operations still run on spreadsheets, email threads, vendor portals and tools that each hold part of the truth.
Agents cannot act on a record that does not exist. The companies that benefit from AI first will be the ones whose infrastructure is recorded, reconciled and governed in one place.
That is what Fieldforce is for.
03 · The record
One site, from acquisition to operations, in one record.
Fieldforce holds the site from the search ring to the tenant invoice: candidates and acquisition, leases and permits, design and construction, installed assets by serial number, work orders and crews, preventive and corrective maintenance, and the charges each tenant pays. Each entry carries a timestamp and an actor. Nothing changes without a reason being recorded.

Recorded by · Sites, leases and permits
The ground, the lease and the permits, on file.
Every location carries its full history: the parcel, the lease with its escalations and renewals, and permits with their expiry dates.
Lease agent · Ground lease abstracted · escalation in 14 months · for approval: site manager · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Projects and deployment
Civil works, tracked against the plan.
Deployment plans run from templates, with dependencies, approvals and field-level rights. Each milestone closes against the documents that support it.
Project tracker · Civil works milestone closed · permit on file · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Projects and deployment
The structure, as surveyed and photographed.
Construction surveys and photographs are attached to the site as the work is done, and close-out packages are generated from the record.
Survey agent · Construction survey captured · 42 photographs · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Assets and inventory
Every radio on the structure, by serial number.
Installed equipment is captured on site, from the warehouse to the truck to the mount, and reconciled to the fixed asset register.
Close-out review agent · 6 radios serialised from close-out photos · 1 serial unreadable, flagged · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Field operations and maintenance
Alarms become work orders, and work orders become history.
Alarms from remote management systems are raised as work orders and dispatched to crews. Preventive and corrective maintenance run from the asset record.
RMS alarm agent · Rectifier alarm from RMS raised as work order · dispatched · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Integrations
The site, in step with the systems around it.
Handover, inventory and fault data move between Fieldforce and the OSS, NOC and ERP, one-way or two-way by configuration, audited everywhere.
Integration agent · Fibre handover recorded · OSS inventory updated · illustrative
-
Recorded by · Tenant billing
On air, and billed for what is on the structure.
Tenant equipment is reconciled to the contracted charge profile before any invoice is raised, and the invoice line is posted to SAP.
Revenue assurance agent · Tenant equipment reconciled to charge profile · invoice line generated · posted to SAP · illustrative
The record is organised the way infrastructure is built.
Interface sketches · illustrative

The ERP records the money. Fieldforce records the site. They stay reconciled.
Fieldforce integrates with SAP and Oracle for fixed assets, purchase orders and invoicing; with procurement systems such as Coupa; with remote management systems and the NOC for alarms, power and site telemetry; and with enterprise identity through single sign-on.
Integrations are one-way where they should be. Fieldforce reads from your financial systems of record and writes back only where you authorise it.

06 · AI on the record
Agents work on the record, with the same permissions as people.
Athena is the intelligence layer of Fieldforce. It answers questions on the record in plain language, reads documents and photographs, and prepares work for engineers to approve.
Through the Fieldforce MCP connector, enterprise AI assistants act on the same governed workflows, through the same identity, validation and audit trail as the web application. Every agent action is recorded with its source, its approver and its time.
- Answers cite the record they came from.
- Agents inherit the permissions of the user who invoked them.
- Nothing is written without sign-off. Autonomy is set per workflow.
- Customer data does not train third-party models.
- 01 ProposeThe agent prepares the work and cites its sources.
- 02 ApproveA named role signs off, or sends it back.
- 03 RecordThe action and its approver are written to the audit trail.
